Accessing the Applications Page

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click on the "Applications" icon in the left-hand navigation menu.
   
   

Overview of the Configured Applications Page

The "Configured Applications" page displays a list of existing applications. For each application, the following information is shown:

• Name: The name of the application.

• Groups: The group(s) associated with the application.

• Created Date: The date the application was created.

• Open: The number of open items related to the application.

• Submitted: The number of submitted items related to the application.

• Last Submission Date: The date of the last submission for the application.

• Pause: A button to pause the application.

• Close: A button to close the application.

Filtering Applications

You can filter the applications displayed by their status using the following tabs:

• New: Shows applications with a "New" status.

• Paused: Shows applications that are currently paused.

• Closed: Shows applications that are closed.

Pausing an Application

1. Navigate to the "Applications" page.

2. Locate the application you wish to pause.

3. Click the "Pause" button in the application's row.

4. Confirm the pause when prompted.

Closing an Application

1. Navigate to the "Applications" page.

2. Locate the application you wish to close.

3. Click the "Close" button in the application's row.

4. Confirm the closure when prompted.
