Filtering and Best Practices

Use the filter options to efficiently manage your workload:


Available Filters

  1. NPI: Search by provider identifier
  2. First Name/Last Name: Search by provider name
  3. Seen Status: Filter by Unseen, Seen, or All flags
  4. Data Section: Filter by data source type
  5. Flag Type: Filter by specific types (NPDB, licenses, sanctions)
  6. Flagged Date: Filter by when the flag was created
  7. Report Date: Filter by when the underlying issue occurred
  8. Sent to Cred Comm: Show only flags sent to committee

Quick Filters

  1. Set "Seen Status" to "All" to view both seen and unseen flags
  2. Use date filters to focus on recent issues
  3. Combine filters for precise searches

Best Practices

Daily Workflow
  1. Start with the default "Unseen" view to focus on new items
  2. Review flag details before taking action
  3. Mark minor issues as seen with clear reasoning
