Filtering and Best Practices
Use the filter options to efficiently manage your workload:
Available Filters
- NPI: Search by provider identifier
- First Name/Last Name: Search by provider name
- Seen Status: Filter by Unseen, Seen, or All flags
- Data Section: Filter by data source type
- Flag Type: Filter by specific types (NPDB, licenses, sanctions)
- Flagged Date: Filter by when the flag was created
- Report Date: Filter by when the underlying issue occurred
- Sent to Cred Comm: Show only flags sent to committee
Quick Filters
- Set "Seen Status" to "All" to view both seen and unseen flags
- Use date filters to focus on recent issues
- Combine filters for precise searches

Daily Workflow
- Start with the default "Unseen" view to focus on new items
