Flags: Troubleshooting

Having trouble accessing the Flags page or certain actions? This guide explains what’s available by user role and how to fix access issues.


Flags Page Not Visible

If you don't see the Flags option in your navigation:

  1. The feature may need to be enabled in Organization Settings
  2. Contact your CSM to enable it for you
  3. Verify you have appropriate user permissions

Cannot See Certain Actions

Action availability depends on your user role:

  • Standard Users: Can mark flags as seen and send to committee
  • Platform Users: Can also terminate providers and mark all as seen
  • Medical Directors: Can access Committee Platform and make final decisions
