Platform Set-Up
This section will walk you through steps to get you set-up on the platform and ready to start Payor Enrollment work management.
Logging In
Step 1: Receive Certify Platform Invite.
You will receive this invite to your company email (or whatever email provided to our internal team during organization creation) during the onboarding call.

Getting Started
Once you successfully login, you can see 3 pages in the left side menu options. These are Task Dashboard, Payor Enrollment and Supporting Docs
Task Dashboard
Task Dashboard provides an overview of all outstanding requests from Certify. You can see 4 types of tasks in the dashboard: Missing Information, Attest, Escalation, Sign
Payor Enrollment
This section is for requesting new enrollments, review applications, provide missing information data, keeping track of communications and actions for each application.
Supporting Docs
Under Supporting Docs user can view all the documents uploaded across various group enrollment and provider enrollment applications.
