Practitioner List

The practitioner list page in the portal, displays a list of practitioners with various details and allows for adding new practitioners.

 

Accessing the Practitioner List Page:

  1. Log in to the portal as an org admin.

  2. Navigate to the appropriate section that leads to the practitioner list (the exact navigation path isn't visible in the screenshot, but it's assumed to be within the org admin interface).

  3. The practitioner list page will be displayed.

Practitioner List Page Elements:

  • Search Bar:

    • Label: "Name Search"

    • Functionality: Allows org admin to search for practitioners by name.

  • Add Practitioner Button:

    • Label: "Add Practitioner"

    • Functionality: Opens a form or pop-up to add a new practitioner to the system.

  • Practitioner List Table:

    • Columns and Data:

      • Name: The name of the practitioner (e.g., "Aayush Prerna", "Health Aayush").

      • Type: The type or designation of the practitioner (e.g., "MD").

      • NPI: The National Provider Identifier (e.g., "5679769856").

      • CAQH ID: The Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare ID (e.g., "14617266").

      • Groups: The group or organization the practitioner belongs to (e.g., "Premera - Washington").

      • External ID: An external identifier for the practitioner (e.g., "4375635").

      • Created Date: The date the practitioner was added to the system (e.g., "Feb 7, 2025").

      • Provider Designation: (The meaning of this column is unclear from the screenshot. It might be related to the practitioner's specialization or role).

      • Open: (The meaning of this column is unclear from the screenshot. It might indicate the status of the practitioner's profile or application).
