Signing Up

How to Sign Up?

  1. Using ‘Add Provider’ button on the Practitioners page of Org Admins.

    1. The org admin can click on the button and a popup will appear to check the validity of the NPI

    2. On the next page the admin will enter details regarding the practitioner that needs to be added

    3. The practitioner will receive an email from admin@certifyos.com to access their account. This email contains login details, including a randomly generated password.

  2. Sign Up Links for Practitioners

    1. On click of the sign up links, the practitioners will require to enter all the mandatory fields that will be highlighted as ‘*’
      The practitioner will not be able to proceed if any of the mandatory fields are empty

    2. On click of ‘Request’

    3. if the email id is a new email id, the practitioner will be asked to generate a password for their account. On doing so they will be able to login to their account and access their application.

    4. If the email id already exists in the system, the practitioner will be asked to enter their existing password and login. (If Provider Admin role is supported): On logging in, the new practitioner details will be visible along with previous records already added. 

  3. Sign Up Links for Facilities

    1. On click of the sign up links, the provider will require to enter all the mandatory fields that will be highlighted as ‘*’

    2. On click of ‘Request’

      1. if the email id is a new email id, the provider will be asked to generate a password for their account. On doing so they will be able to login to their account and access their application.

      2. If the email id already exists in the system, the provider will be asked to enter their existing password and login. On logging in, the new facility details will be visible along with previous records already added (if any)

Ways to Sign Up:

  1. Practitioners: There are two ways for organizations to add practitioners. Orgs can decide which method(s) they want made available:

Sign Up Links

  • Available to org admins

  • Accessible by all providers

  • All org admins will have the same list of fields available to fill

  • Fields in the sign up link can be customised as per each Orgs needs

  • NPI validation available at the start to make sure duplicate NPI not created

  • To ensure sign up links have pre-filled groups so that practitioners don't have to fill that, group specific sign up links can be created

 

*Facilities: Facilities can sign up through sign up links for specific Orgs.


Finding the sign up Link by a Portal Admin:

  1. Access the provider portal

  2. Access the ‘Portal Admin’ role  

  3. Click on ‘Functions’

  4. Scroll down to ‘Sign up Type’

  5. Click the org you need link of

  6. Click on ‘Practitioner Link’ or ‘Facility Link’ on the right side to copy the link to clipboard.

How to configure Sign up Links for an Org?

Practitioner Sign Up Link
  1. Organizations can create configurable sign up forms basis their needs. Only the following fields are mandatory:

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. Degree

    4. State

This is because these fields are required by the platform team to create a practitioner on platform ( Create Provider )

The other fields available to organizations to customize their forms are listed here: Org Specific Sign Up form

Additionally, organizations can choose to create group specific sign up links to send to their practitioners as practitioners are not aware of the groups they belong to usually.

The sign up links configured for a specific organization can be accessed by the ‘Portal Admin’ user(s).

Facility Sign Up Link

Facility sign up links can be configured as per org needs. Only the following fields will be mandatory 

  1. Sfdsfd

  2. Sdfsdf

  3. Sdfsd

  4. Sdfsdf

  5. Sdfsdf

  6. Sdfsdf

    This is because these fields are required by the platform team to create a facility on platform
